What is the difference between the Basic plan and the Pro plan?
Both Tanaza Basic and Pro plans provide the same core features and enable cloud management of all supported devices.
The Basic plan is limited to 3 devices and includes standard level support.
Can I try Tanaza for free?
Of course. With the Basic plan you can try all the core features completely for free and with no time limit, up to 3 devices.
Can I switch from the Basic plan to the Pro plan?
Once you have reached the maximum number of devices allowed in the Basic plan (3), you can switch to a Pro plan that comes with a monthly, annual or multi-year subscription.

Can I go back from Pro to Basic?
You can cancel your Pro plan subscription at any time.
Your account will continue to provide Pro plan features until the expiration date.
After the expiration date, your account will be downgraded to the Basic plan.
You’ll need to make sure there are 3 devices or less, or the system will charge as if it is still a Pro plan.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Tanaza accepts international credit and debit cards such as Master Card, Visa, PayPal and bank transfers.
What device models are supported?
Tanaza is a hardware independent SaaS and allows cloud management of a large list of third party devices. Check the list of supported devices.
To work with Tanaza, devices must be running the Tanaza operating system, a.k.a. TanazaOS.
Some models require manual installation, while others can be purchased directly from the hardware vendor’s distribution with TanazaOS pre-installed.
Which level of support is provided?
In case of technical problems, our team can be contacted by sending requests to support@tanaza.com.
If you have a Basic plan, our team will get back to you as soon as possible, usually within 2-3 business days.
If you have a Pro plan, tickets will be treated with higher priority and you will receive support sooner.
In most cases issues can be resolved by email with our ticketing system.
If needed, more direct support can be scheduled for Pro plans.
What happens if I reach the limit of devices in the Basic plan?
Once you reach the limit of 3 devices, you will first need to upgrade to the Pro plan if you want to add more devices.

What if pricing policies change during my subscription period?
Any subscriptions purchased prior to the price changes will not be affected.
For this reason, multi-year memberships minimize that impact, and therefore are recommended.

What happens if I add more devices during the already paid period?
When you add a device in the middle of a subscription period, you will only be charged the related pro-rata, until the end of that subscription.
For example, if you have a monthly subscription activated on January 1st, and you add another device on January 15th, you’ll be issued an invoice with the pro-rata for half of the month.
What happens to my data if I cancel my Tanaza subscription?
If you decide to cancel your subscription to Tanaza all your data will be treated according to our privacy policy.

Can I get a refund?
Once you have purchased one of the options, you can cancel your subscription at any time to avoid automatic renewals.
Your subscription will continue providing the related service until it expires.
Does Tanaza offer discounts for large projects?
We offer special discounts for projects with more than 100 devices.

Does Tanaza offer discounts for multi-year subscriptions?
We offer discounts for 3 or 5 year subscriptions.
The multi-year subscription is a great way to reduce costs and promote long-term cooperation.
This option is particularly suitable for MSPs with a growing number of installations and who have selected Tanaza as their infrastructure choice.
